A classic reflexology treatment is a deeply relaxing therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, which correspond to different areas of the body. Specialist Reflexology
A reflexology treatment will help to relax and re balance your body and so promote general wellness but if you have a specific issue or concern such as painful symptoms of an illness or from the menopause then I can tailor your treatment and use massage techniques to help. 1hr £35

Senior Treatments
Senior reflexology/massage is a gentle, tailored treatment designed to support relaxation and comfort. I can adapt techniques to meet individual needs such as hand & arm massage or foot & leg massage.
I have experience in a clinical setting and am happy to attend care & supported living homes as a block booking.
